Ballet builds a straight back, strong core and graceful carriage that stays with a child for life.
Every exercise is set to music, training rhythm, timing and body control together.
Barre and centre work develop safe flexibility and the strength to control it.
Students perform in studio recitals, learning to stand tall in front of an audience.
Children from age 3. No previous ballet experience is needed — classes are separated by age and level so every child learns at the right pace.
